Worst experience I've ever had at an O'Reilly's.. the counter clerk disregarded me and my mother. When asking for assistance. Just pointed to an isle with products. I'm very ignorant on car stuff and told him we needed something specific. Still disregarded us. With only one other customer in the store. Won't be doing any business with them.

Went to purchase refrigerant for my car. The gentlemen that helped me were Pringle and Dakota. Pringle helped me find the refrigerant I needed. I asked for assistance using the refrigerant kit, so Dakota helped me. He walked me through the process of how to use it, and told me that my refrigerant was actually full. He gave me a full refund for the product since I didn’t need it. Great help and quality service. Thanks guys!

I'm an O.W.L. - I know nothing about cars. I'm so glad Justin and this crew are in Chandler! They are so polite and helpful. I don't stress out now - I roll up to o'Reilly Auto Parts in Chandler!
