I've been to autozone my whole life. So when I saw autozone across the street from O'Reilly I instinctively went to autozone.
I waited in line and asked if they could check my battery, he looked outside and said if it wasn't raining that bad he could take the machine out after helping the next customer. I waited for him to help the next customer and while I was waiting an older lady asked if I needed help and I said I needed my battery checked. She said with the weather and there only being 2 of them there, they wouldn't be able to do it. Outside, the rain had subsided, but they didn't seem like they needed business. Ended up spending my money for a new battery at the O'Reilly across the street. Autozone made me feel like I was a burden, but O'Reilly was a great help! Thank you so much for your help today, I won't be back to see yall again! (I'll be going to the O'Reilly across the street)

I'm surprised people still come here. The service isn't very good. It seems like some employees don't like their jobs. Their body language isn't positive. And if you speak to them in Spanish, it would seem like you're offending them. The opposite is true of the AutoZone on Sheldon, where the service is five-star. At O'Reilly across the street, the service is also very positive and professional.

Bad customer service went in to change the wrong part they gave me and had an attitude,I wasn't even finished when with my exchange and he said next in line don't mean to be rude but it was the black guy with glasses sorry didn't get him name

Randall told me he could not look up my warranty UNLESS I had the receipt. He also said he did not have a regional or corporate office number to provide me.

They should serve a little better since the bearded gringo I think is the manager doesn't answer and is very racist and when you try to speak he pretends to be deaf and throws the parts at you on the table and I told you to look if those are the ones you should draw attention to those types of people

The worst autozone I have ever been to in my entire life. I thought Crosby autozone was worse but this one had bad customer service in everything and I only went for a diesel filter I told him I need a filter with a cap because ford don’t sell solo filters and he He went for the one he wanted, not the one I asked for and then I asked him again I need with a cap and and he went and brought the other And it was correct and then he threw it in the table like I was a dog or something and he told me this is take a look I think AutoZone should change personnel it is the man with a white beard he looks like Santa Claus AutoZone should change personnel or even if it is they should send an inquisitive person to see how they behave because if they are not willing to work they should not work also that same person was racist towards me when I was giving him the details of the truck he acted deaf

There are good parts. The only detail is that in some stores they make quite a few mistakes and you spend more on the turns than on the parts.

Came in to get my battery charged and the white guy at the counter said it was already fully charged and I told him how the other day I came in and I was told it was 75% charged (didn’t have time to have it charged then) I was curious as to why the same battery was reading different when I did nothing to it and he just said “I don’t know” and gave me a look that made me feel I inconvenienced him for asking, I tried asking more questions to get a better understanding but he just kept saying he didn’t know. Thankfully another autozone location educated me on the possible reasons and what to do.
