I ordered a new transmission for my truck about 2 months ago, not only did it never get here but when I asked for a refund on multiple occasions they said that they could not do it because they did not have the money, and when I reordered it never came, I reordered about a month ago and when I call to check up on the shipping status the employees have a bad attitude and almost want to scream at me don’t want to help. I spoke to an employee named Juan and he was in a bad mood and not helpful at all. This is the worse experience from and auto shop ever. no one in the store gets in touch with me to resolve the problem. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE!!!!!!!!!

I went to look for a battery for my car and the young man who works there, Moises, took great care of me and gave me excellent service. He was friendly and helped me at all times by answering my concerns.

I had the worst day. My car had left me and my little girls stranded because it wouldn’t start and I was late to work. I was fearing the worst and the manager at autozone was so kind and considerate. He tightened something and magically my battery worked. This man is my hero today and I’m so thankful I bought my battery here because they gave me great care when it was giving me a hard time.
