I have used Bates Collision in Channelview for many years. They have always been polite, courteous and very helpful. My car repairs have always been completed in a timely manner. Will definitely use them again .

I’m very impressed with the amazing job Bates did on my car. They took the time to do everything right and pay close attention to every detail. I was always kept in the loop and I got an updated schedule when they found extra damage. It was a real pleasure to work with a customer-focused team. My car looks amazing now! Nobody wants to have their cars messed up, but the inevitable sometimes occurs, and then the process of repairs has to begin, and the main concern is that the car is fixed right! Quality always matters, and Bates has always made sure that our "mishaps" didn't turn into a greater trial. Their expertise in the industry is superior, their dedication to customer service unmatched. DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE!!! I brought my Ram pickup here, it was rear ended with minor damage to the rear end. My truck was finished 2 weeks after the date they gave me(no big deal). So I show up to get my truck and they tell me that they can't release it because the final supplement hasn't been paid, OK. They have recieved 90% of the amount due from the insurance company with multiple supplements. So I wait for over a week while they hold my truck hostage saying they need a confirmation of paint from the insurance company. They tell me they can't get ahold of anyone after multiple days of trying. Well when I try and get ahold of them it's no problem. So the insurance company sends the requested forms and proof of payment. I show up AGAIN to pick up my truck and they tell me I have to pay the balance due even though they recieved the proof of payment they requested. I go take a look at the truck which is sitting out front, I paid an additional $150 for a dental which is a poor job at best, no attention to detail, smears all over the truck, the windows, the interior looks like it hasn't been touched. There is two NEW chips in both drivers side doors that weren't there when I dropped the truck off mind you it is practically a new truck in immaculate condition. The manager says he can fix it in a day maybe we'll I don't want my truck being there for another second so I am forced to pay out of pocket to get my truck. My auxiliary fuel tank in the bed is missing a cap somehow and was left out in the rain so there is rust all inside the fuel tank. Several other minor things but the point of it all is these people have no attention to detail, no pride in their work and they do not care about anything other than money. Stay fr away I will make it a point to tell everyone I come across to NEVER use this place they are awful
