These ppl are the biggest liars that would give the boost name a worst ppl experience that you could ever imagine. I'm always mistreated badly no professional courtesies. I'm looking for a new cell carrier that would treat me like a human being. Liars they are they tried to make me look a bad guy because I told them the truth. I was deserving to receive my free cell phone but they still wanted money from for no reason . They wanted money for the SIM card which I already have and activation which I was going to do. I was a good customer for years. I told them they were money hungry ppl and then he told me back with an insult that I was the one money hungry . I was insulted and rediculled. I'm a Hispanic proud woman that nobody to that mistreats me will not get my money. Non deserving company. Thank you for letting me share and hope this company loses good customers like me.

I have the $100 a month for 5 lines, unlimited talk and text. I've kept the same phone number since I was 16 I am currently 25 I have obviously upgraded phones since then but I do not like how i have to pay an extra 200 dollars alont with the price of activation and new phone just to keep the same number when getting a new phone. Also, over the years, the service has just gotten worse and worse. Almost every phone I get ends up lagging and slow. It freezes on home screen even with having a lot of space left and no app running. I'd hate to switch phone providers. Boost pick up your game!. I have a 5G phone and it runs like 2G.

A worker is arrogant and mocking and of course she doesn't have a badge and claimed that we were lying that we bought there! Definitely arrogant! And he calls everyone friend!! I imagine you know who he is if you have been to this branch!

An employee here texted me without permission after me leaving the store to hook up and took my phone multiple times and asked to be unlocked without me even thinking about I did it. Pretty sure he also transferred my pictures.Smh

Went and got charged 275 for a red tag demo model phone. I called corporate and corporate is replacing the phone with a brand New phone. Never go to this location ever for a phone they sell second hand phones and demo models for full price. I will also be filing with the better business beauro. Worst phone place to ever open a business!!
