My vehicle was brought here by a wrecker and they would not cooperate with insurance or another tow company to move my car. Request to move started 1 hour after the wreck and took 8 days to complete. It was over $1200 and they charged $1 a minute for labor or wait time. They did no work and took about 15-20 minutes at the scene. My $80000 nee vehicle was left outside with windows down the whole rime. Terrible experience. State farm said it was all very questionable. Couldn't get calls returned and amount changed constantly.

0 stars if I could. My car was towed there by what was supposed to be an independent wrecker. They would not release my car, kept changing fees. It took me 9 days to get my vehicle at a charge of over 1200 dollars. $1 a minute for wait time or labor came out to over 7 hours. They did nothing but pick it up and leave a 4 month old $80000 vehicle in their outside yard with the windows down.. unbelievable.

I can’t say enough good about that shop and their team , when I reached out it was with a project that had never been done before so was a little skeptical at first because of my expectations from the build but after seeing the process they kept me informed every step of the process and all I can say is wow . I normally wouldn’t get on to leave a review or anything like that but felt after the great service and finished product it was important that others knew if they were looking for a professional shop to pull off amazing jobs this is the team they have the best I’ve seen in the industry. They knocked it out the park and I hope they get to see this because I couldn’t tell them enough how happy I am with the quality and the way it came out . It was one of the worst experience i ever had. Took more than a month for my car to be fixed. On top of that the paint as has bubbles and is not the same color. They only fixed one light instead of 2. The bumper doesnt align as best to the hood plastic cover sticks out. If i could give it 0 stars i would. The service i would call and they would never get back to me. Never realized you could get so bad of a service untill i went here.
