EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE VERY POLITE, LOVE THE STORAGE UNIT WAS RECOMMENDED BY MY BROTHER WHEN HE GOT A UNIT , MS.PAM WAS VERY POLITE AND HELPFUL , GREAT STORAGE UNIT WITH SUPERVISION 💯 💯. MR.COREY ALWAYS RETURNED MY CALLS WHEN NOONE WAS AT THE OFFICE AND NEVER HAD ANY ISSUES .THANKYOU MR.COREY .DEFINITELY RECOMMENDED 💯

I paid my bill an got locked out of my unit for a whole month. Everytim I go to try see qhy I was locked out, no one was ever there so I didn't have access to my unit for a whole month. When I finally caught up with the lady for the office she said it was a mistake an was going take care of my next month bill. I explain to her that she cost me money because I had stuff in my unit to sell. When I call back to make sure she was taking care of the bill she only gave me 20$ off when I was locked out the whole month which is unfair an disrespectful as hell. Then the bad part is my stuff is infested with rats. The place look so bad an run down now. I been a tenant for at lease 15 years now. This place was never like this when the last 2 managers was there. My stuff didn't get infested with rats an rat shit.. an I sure as hell ain't never been locked out my unit especially since my bill is always paid. I wont suggest this place to no one an they only got one Star because I had to give them at lease one star. They dont deserve no stars

The lights have never worked in my unit. It’s an electrical issue. They keep telling me they can give me a new unit when one becomes available but never do but the electrical issue isn’t a necessity. But you still make sure to charge the same amount

Took her time explaining the process and everything. Kind and generous
They offered boxes a lock, & insurance included. The hallways are super creepy some of lights didn’t turn on automatically but that’s ok my light in my controlled temperature storage always worked. I do wish there was like a dumpster to throw away items like the clean out small storage items but that’s ok. I paid $50 for a storage to hold a bed bed frame and side tables from my living room also good storage size boxes grill , etc.
I think it was a 10x5or something small but it held everything &had high ceilings
