The pharmacist was friendly, but the only advice he gave was to take Tylenol in case of fever. He didn't even clean my arms with alcohol, but I had just showered and figured it was clean. Also, the vaccination area wasn't very tidy. The first vaccine didn't really hurt. The second, in almost the same location on my left arm, really hurt. I've never had a shot hurt that much. It's still very sore and I just noticed it developed a rash! I just put some antibiotic ointment and hopefully that takes care of it. I've never had that happen at the injection site. Now I'm worried that it's an infection and I pray to God it's not staph! On top of all that, my whole body has been sore and I've been super tired with zero energy for 2 days. I want to just crawl out of my skin at this point.

The pharmacist and staff at the CVS y mas on Sheldon Road are a dedicated team. They work together to serve customers and communicate specific information about the product they are dispensing. They are friendly and recognize frequent customers. I like that particularly.

Asked one of the employees if they have magnesium citrate for I was looking for it for about 10 minutes. Before I could even finish my question he nodded his head no. And said they're all out and if they have any it's in the back. Then he continued watching TikTok on his phone. I should have grabbed his employee phone that he wasn't using to search for it myself.

Here for my appointment for the second COVID 19 vaccination shot. Worst process ever. You check in on line, it has to be within 15 minutes of your appointment. But, there is nothing that tells you that. It just sends like the website is not working. Once you've checked in, you have to check in again with the store, even though they have confirmation already because you have just checked in online. There is a desk positioned just inside the front door with no allowance for social distancing, and they are NOT enforcing face coverings. So, everyone waiting to be checked in for the shot is exposed to customers coming and going without masks... inches away. I have an appointment. But have now been here for 30 minutes and there are at least 25-30 people waiting in line in front of me. Also without any social distancing concerns...smh. Way to go CVS... great planning.

The worst customer service ever! I ask politely to use the bathroom and the 1st lady rolled her eyes then shook her head and said restrooms are out of order. She made me feel like it was too much work to even look at me or even talk to me. I decided with as upset as my stomach feels I can only get 1 item. I was in line when I went to see where my husband was so I can pay and get gone before I get worse. When the cashier showed up and said "I'm here, I'm here! Gosh you people. If this is the kind of customer service that CVS wants their employees to have then I would rather take my business to Walgreens.
