Stayed here when my husband traveled to work. Rooms are very nice and clean. Bathroom is beautiful with good water pressure. Pillows were PERFECT! I got a great night sleep on the bed. Will stay here again!

Staff here were very polite and courteous. Rooms were nice and clean. Hotel is very clean. The lobby, eating area and the BAR areas were so nice and clean. Comfortable bed and pillows is a plus for me and this hotel has them. Will definitely stay here again in the future.

It was perfect for my hospital stay. The people were friendly , the rooms clean and comfy. Close enough to the museum/hospital area but far enough away from the Houston hub bub and prices. Stayed at one of the "better" hotels nearer the hospital area and it was a disaster. This was much better.

Everything was great from the front desk to the bartender our only complaint is the water pressure from our shower sucked.Rooms: Shower could of had more water pressure.Safety: Like that it was gated.Food & drinks: Our bartender was awesome.

Location was not something we would have chosen, but we were helping a family. The service was very good ?? and the rooms were good. Coffee sucks big time. McDonald's wasn't far, so we got coffee from there.

(Room 216) If I could I would give them negative stars I would, they have a INFESTATION OF ROACHES I have been here for a week. When packing up to leave in the morning I see a ROACH come from behind the couch. Then I move the couch and see a lot of them I also see the same white powder I seen behind the TV stand when hooking up my PS5 & Xbox. Which means they were trying to hide the ROACHES.

New but with problemsThe rooms are on the small side compared to other hotels. For a suite, it has no couch and only 2 chairs. No luggage storage for a family of 4. Only 3 towels for a 2 queen bed room, I asked for more towels, and they told me there us a towel shortageThe morning breakfast lacks a lot to be desired. Tha waffles are ok, not a fan of the turkey bacon and turkey sausage. Powdered eggs are tastlessNot much of a selection. No pastries or fresh cut fruitDoes have an indoor pool and weight room. With a outdoor patio area with 2 gas grills and an outdoor fire pit. also a laundry and a bar that's open from 5 to 10 pm.Security gates are card access at night only.Rooms: SmallNearby activities: NoneSafety: Card access doors and gates after darkFood & drinks: Not good

Massive hotel with gated parking. Friendly staff and clean/fresh public areas. Rooms are comfy and bathroom is clean.

Messed up reservation and very agistI arrived to learn that somehow the hotel I booked was auto transferred to another one. 2 ladies at front desk put me thru paces. 1st was told system auto moves reservation, then to drive to other hotel to canc, then they'd book me a room. I had to ask if a call would be best? They called and Mgr at hotel in same city but diff location canc my reservation and said 3-4 days for credit, then 2 front desk giving 2 different answers. One of them leaves. Then Hispanic desk lady, no name tag, leaves. 15 min later she returns and I ask for my room. She explained she had called the other hotel to tell them to charge me for the room they canc because I raised my voice (when I asked why they canc my reservation if they aren't booking me a room!). I've been sitting in the lobby quietly for 15 min waiting on my room, she checked others in. She says she's not going to "rent to me" and threatens to call police. I said this was very unprofessional and She told me I was "old as hell" and to leave.The other hotel was booked. I filed a complaint and they sent it to the wrong hotel. That manager assured me I was credited for the canc, and was stunned how the other person treated me. They literally left me with no room. Do not stay at the hotel in Hwy 10.

So exstended my stay after a talk with Tim to Sunday, gonna give La Quinta tge benefit of the doubt, Tim on front desk Thurday 5/17/2023 made a difference. It feels good to not have to deal with hotel issues when we are trying to deal with our own transitions. God bless Tim.5/22/2023Now a couple days later I am so happy to be able to say Tim made things right for me and my family, he did compensate us and we ended up staying even longer. Love the staff. Very clean place after I stayed a couple days and we all get a chance for improvement. This Hotel is a great example of when we are lacking in some areas or our team is, those in leadership make it right for everyone. Very pleased!!Rooms: No comment yet. Upon check out I got great service and housekeeping was very attentive.Nearby activities: Will stay again. I hope all La Quintas are like this one.

Great stay as always. Clean, spacious, quiet room. Receptionist always knowledgeable, courteous, nice, and professional. Will continue to stay at hotel as long as my job sends me to Channelview. Located near work area. Free and secure/gated parking with room key access to gate. Located near lots of gas stations and food places. Love the indoor pool and gym that allows me to workout.
