“This location is very well taken care of. Clean & cool temperature during a hot summer day. The prices seem fair. They do offer promotions at times, Penny Dry, which is always nice. Staff is friendly. I've never had any complaints since doing my laundry here for over a year now. I would definitely recommend this business for your laundry needs.

“Excellent! Very clean. Washers and dryers can be used with an app and paid by Googlepay. And very quick! Pam was amazing at assisting me as I was a first time user.
Not to mention they have books, activity books for kids, TVs, snack and drink machine. And so much inspirational deco you won't be bored and I actually left with more joy in my heart than when I arrived.

“I was a little confused in the beginning but everything worked out when the got that works overnight was unbelievably helpful and even hooked me up with soap when I put it in the wrong machine. It's a great Laundromat everything was great but he got off at 7: 00am.”

“Never had an issue and im here once a week for the last 9-10 months. Yeah channels and music are in spanish but pasadena is 70 percent spanish speaking so what do you expect? lol. The people at the times I come here all seem like good family oriented people, I doubt your laundry will be messed with. In-between 4 and 5 dollars to wash and dry a large load.”

“New Heavenly Washateria is the cleanest laundry mat!! Plus it has laundry drop off for the complete wash and fold next day pick up!! They even have detergent for sale, massage chairs, games ?? and snacks for sale. ??????”
“Decently clean facility. Cameras on every wall and a screen to watch each camera view in the back. There is a drink and food vending machine as well. Normal load wash will cost about $2.50. They have clothes carts to transfer laundry and plenty of chairs spread around the facility. They als have a couple of tvs to keep you entertained. Overall pretty great!”

“I suggest coming early during the work week. The weekend is hard to find parking due to how busy it is.
The employees are very professional and courteous. The building is clean inside and out. Unfortunately there are some customers that leave things on the floor. So be careful walking around. They offer laundry supplies and a mixture of snacks and drinks. I've been coming here for easily three years.”
“This is one place that they really get the job done. When I bring the laundry in before lunch, I can usually pick up my clean clothes in the afternoon that same day. That’s got to be a record for wash-dry-gold. We have never lost a garment there either. Great service.”
“My clothes were in the washer when the power went out. I came here to wash my clothes and so far I’m happy. I got a massage from the chair, they offer hair cuts, wash and fold service and there’s games. The washers are huge and the atmosphere is calm. That’s a plus for me.”

“Very unclean and the washers was dirty on the inside! I felt so uncomfortable washing here! It was weird cuz I normally go to brand new washateria that’s up to date! This one was really weird and it’s to crowded with ppl and very hot and musty inside!”
“Great, clean laundromat. It seems like the dryers are set at $3 minimum- that’s for 30 min. But they’re huge and I was able to put all my clothes in one and they came out perfect. Washers are $3 too. Normal wash took 23 min.”

“I know I should have got her name but I didn't. The lady who was there yesterday was so helpful. Didn't even get frustrated with me when l came in the last hour or maybe the last 30 minutes before they closed trying to hurry up and wash my clothes. She helped me when I could not get the machine to accept my money. So she came over and helped me to insert my cash for the washers and dryers. I know if I was her I would been upset having to stay later at work. She was able to answer all my questions especially with me being new to the area. I especially was very grateful when they made sure I had all my stuff and myself in my truck before leaving the parking lot. I was extremely grateful for that and happy that they did that since it was late almost 10pm when I was leaving. Thank you so much for the wonderful peace of mind yall gave me you can't put a price tag on that. As well as the over all good experience. Thank yall so much definitely will be back to finish all the rest of my laundry. Keep up the awesome work yall got some awesome employees there for sure. ????”
