Went into this store to get a gift from the TMobile app. Since it clearly says you can pick it up at TMobile or Metro. The lady didn’t even try to help me she just looked at my phone and said she couldn’t help me because I wasn’t a Metro customer. After three times of telling her I’m a T-Mobile customer that’s how I have the app she got up to get the gift. But I believe she got up to help finally because the guy who was working there started arguing with the lady I was there with saying we weren’t customers and started talking very rude to her he even said he didn’t care if he got fired for talking to her the way he was talking to her. We might not have been Metro customers But we are Tmobile customers that should have been obvious by us having the app. Do better!!!
