I tried to buy an alternator with a commercial account today, and a guy couldn't find my account that I use every day, but there was no bad treatment with him, then I switched with the white-haired lady who speaks Spanish and from the moment I tried to talk to her, she treated me in a very rude way, throwing everything at me, showing me anger, even without me taking time away from her and being kind to her until when I left, I am a very frequent customer of o rrealy, at 18 years old I help every day to repair cars on the streets of Houston to white people, black people and all types of people, I work more than that lady in this store, and I do not treat anyone badly and I am not racist either. I will try to go to other Realy stores.

After 10 years in business I never had a horrible experience untill I stop at this store and get some struts with my commercial account ,
First They give mee the wrong parts
I went back to store and ask if they have the correct ones but they didn’t, I ask for my money so I can go and look for them somewhere else but guess what , I paid cash and supposedly! they don’t keep cash , so they send me to different store , on the other store they say they don’t have cash either , so I went back to them and they say to go back when the manager is there , supposedly is the only one have access to the security box where the cash is , well after a week Diana the manager after tell mee a lot of excuses finally give mee my money on a gift cardddd lol

Manager is very rude, never wants to replace items through with warranty. Follows customers around the stores and doesn’t let them shop in peace. Always having a hard time with this location.

If I could give no stars I would I had a very bad experience the lady with the glasses with the puzzle tattoo on her right arm was very rood I hope she straighten out her attitude I will not recommend to anyone to go

Fatal, a terrifying experience, we went with my friend yesterday to get a hose and a guy who was there came out angry, we told him that he should be nice to the customers and he laughed, my friend said he was going to go talk to the manager and like he was a clown ... We will never return to that place then he came out taxing us we went to the auto zone next door and there they treated us like family...
