Went today to get a new battery. The manager wasn't only rude but lied to me that they couldn't change the battery because supposedly it had a fuse on it. It didn't.
They need to remember the business runs because of the privilege to have Customers not because of the entitlement to have them

Maria was awesome she checked my battery and verified that it was bad. Then she helped me find the right battery for my car and then to top it off she offered to changed my battery and installed the new battery all in under 30mins. Give her a raise!!! Awesome job Maria!!!

I called to report the mgr and the regional mgr contacted me and called me a liar. Very unpro service. He and the store mgr need a new a job. Ive been buying from this location since the 90s. I called to report the mgr and her unpro actions. He finally calls me back, calling me a liar for saying he didnt call me back. I hope the owner gets this message. There are way too many kind people who need a job to have people like this at your store.
