Hello , so from my experience here at this location is that I’ve been coming here 4 years straight and they are very nice people don’t get me wrong always saying and being nice to me but this one lady name Chelsea big heavy set white lady!! I kid you not every time I come here I always give my service and pay for showers,clothes, food and etc that they sale at this store remind you I’m not even a truck driver I’m just a regular plan customer that’s been coming here for 4 years straight after I get off work!! Well like I said the lady names Chelsea always give me a hard time when I’m there no one else, I don’t know if she don’t like me or what not but my point I’m trying to make is that I have on Wednesdays at night I take my shower and buy me some food like always and wash my clothes remind you I’m waiting for my coworker to pick me up at 11:30 cause I have to be there by 12 at night as well whenever she’s there she tells me I can’t shelter here, I need to move around and all in my face saying don’t sleep in this back room! Okay remind you I just mention I come here to give my services like any other customer and wait for my ride to pick me up at 11:30 like I said on Wednesday night! I told the other managers about this and now I reported to corporate because I have taken naps or dozen but never once I was sheltering there and never stayed over night is funny when I’m spending my money here it ain’t a problem but when I wait for my ride it’s is?? No ma’am not proper customer service I just wanted to address that!! I understand she has a job to do but it’s not what you do it’s how you do it but other than that I have no problems but her.

Today I drove here to this truck stop and wanted to buy inside for myself for the phone then a short girl came up and said that I should give everything and leave the building I just didn't understand they are just so aggressive they allow you to buy something they are such aggressive and harmful people there don't come here and don't buy anything inside they just deceive you and take everything from you from your hands

Man I come to this store every night because it's right by my job and every time I come feel loved and welcome lala is amazing I think that's her name lol she always make my nights she alway looks happy also me the whole night shift are great people I come there so much I've know all of them and every one of them are friendly and have great attitudes I will be returning

This guy Malcom this ain’t the first time I had a problem with him my girl was getting icey and there were no lids nothing stocked so she went the the cabinets and started stocking it herself which I told her no don’t do that , that’s there job then that guy Malcom comes by says don’t be going thru the cabinets real rude …. Now right now at 12 am we went again for icey and there were only 2 lids left and wen we were at the self checkout I told him it needs to be stocked then he got mad gave me an attitude called me out to fight outside so I waited for him …. Plus the area was real dirty ….He also told me to never come back and I told him ima come everyday this is a free country…. If I can give zero stars I would give him 0… this was at 12 am like about 10 min ago …

Stay way these shop no No reason why. Employee despair and loudly yell in the customer. Asking recipe till his pull up his phone to prove.
