The salesman Jeff was great. He took me around in the drizzly rain showing me the different trailers that would be options for what I needed. He patiently answered all of my questions. He was professional and personable. I was shopping around at several places. Jeff's excellent customer service was a big factor in me buying from Texas Trailer Country.

I bought a 6x12 enclosed cargo trailer from TTC and the service provided by the salesman was great. I decided to go with the rent to own program and am very happy with it. TTC's selection of cargo trailers was huge. I highly recommend TTC if you're in the market for a trailer.

The hitch of my trailer was bent (my fault) and brought it up there for repair. Had me back on the road in 10 minutes. Excellent customer service. Will be doing business with them again.

Called about a trailer and got a response quickly. Alex helped with all the paperwork and got me in and out quickly. Scotty the yard master also spotted a minor issue on the trailer and fixed it on the spot. 10/10 for quick response and no hassle in and out. 2nd time buying a trailer from here and haven’t been let down yet. Definitely a great and easy experience worth driving from Louisiana.

Very professional staff and a good amount of inventory to choose from. Picked out my trailer online and when I showed up Alex was more than helpful getting me hooked up and out the door fast. Will definitely be back for our next trailer!
