I ordered a passport the carrier put it in wrong mail box I gotten my neighbor mail 2 days before. So I had to reapply for lost passport it better make it on time for my trip. I have it where I have to sign for it in case she screws up again.

I like zebras is right this place stinks as in the people who work here are utter garbage as in they reek as in these people are terrible. Nah but fr tho don’t come here they waste your time like I did with my first sentence.

The staff are rude and lazy, sent me back twice from getting my passport information through and the website claimed walk-ins are 9am-2pm but they’re actually from 9am-10am don’t come here all they do is waste your time and don’t wanna work!!!

The white lady who do passports, rude. Did her mother not teach her any manners? HELLO?? GOODMORNING?? She TRIED to be racist but i spoke english as well, so she calmed her balls and gave me a very fake smile. 😊.

Customer service is really bad here. Wow! Clerks were very rude. I got out of line and just went to FedEx. Paid a little more but was treated way better.

If you’re coming to RENEW your passport you don’t have to wait in line near the mailboxes vestibule. Go into the little USPS store itself and just tell them you want to RENEW. Have all paperwork printed and already filled out, with the passport photos. Then just pay and leave. I was in there less than ten minutes. I saved myself probably 1.5-2 hours time if you are coming here to do a passport RENEWAL now you KNOW.

Sense no longer walk block and sit on lazy but getting later and later usto buy 930am now 4to 8pm Very slow and unreliable just because car near but not blocking mail box they won't deliver new mail people to lazy to walk the block as old mail people lose or delay mail lick channview water bills to the point people water get cut off because of them lose or damage mail and packages or put nabor mail in my box can't y'all read to lazy to do there jobs gov needs fire and higher people that takes pride in there job's and get are mail and packages to us on time i no you guys can do better so do it would you won't your mail and packages delivered late or lost or bills cut off because your mail lost or delay no so please deliver are mail and packages on time and in one piece and and if car parked to close to the mall box put Waring sticker on as your sopost to i no that's what your sopost to do or call the cops on them have vehicle towed come on channlview post office your making channelviw look bad your better than that
