“Love this bank. They are always helpful and really care about their customers. You can get a debit card on premises and they have loans and wealth management accounts. It is a Texas Bank but they are associated with some other Banks for ATM privileges.”

Hard to find a bank that your not just a # at these days. This is the bank for me. 24 ATM and Deposit capability and on line banking features are also top notch.”

Chico is a small community and we are neighbors above all. ONE bank in this small town. I would expect that they treat customers as neighbors. NOPE. However, they are consistently rude and unhelpful. I have given them so many tries. An ugly branch for sure.”
