Very professional, honest and fast service. I’ve used them several times over the years. They also do a lot for the community that people don’t know about.

Was in Jacksboro for a banzai hunting trip and woke early on Saturday morning to a completely flat tire. Called Chicos, they asked if we needed help getting there (we didn't), and within 2 hours I had my tire patched/plugged, and back on my truck. Drove home 1,000 miles without any issues. Can't say enough nice things about this shop, their service, their fair pricing, and their ability to help a guy in a bad situation out.

Had a wreck about 10-12 miles from Chico. The officer informed me that my vehicle had to be towed of the road. And they had a company the would work with me. I also informed them that I has AAA. I called the next morning to check
On my vehicle any was inform that I owe $250 and it had to be paid before they would release my car to AAA..what a RIP off. Real crooks

I was on my way home started having trouble with my battery not charging, I pulled went to the service department they pulled in and 15 minutes later the mechanic told it was fixed. He found that the positive cable from the alternator was loose. No charge we shook hands and I was back on the road.

Big thank you to Terry! We needed a 40ft cargo container moved between Boyd and Alvord. Relocation was same day. The driver was courtesy and dropped it right where we needed it. Clear was experienced and comfortable with the big containers. Highly recommend!

I have had my vehicle worked on by several dealerships and will never go back to them. I have had chico auto work on the same vehicle and they fixed everything. I will now always take All my vehicles to them. Most honest and helpful business in county.

I’ve been to the service side of Chico Auto 2 times. The first time, I had some tires balanced. They did a terrible job. I had them rebalance them 3 more times and no improvement. I finally gave up and went elsewhere. When I asked them about it They said “ Well we’re really not in the tire business”. They kept my money for the tire balance. The second time I went there was a few months later. I took some control arms in there to have new bushings pressed into them. I’ve done this many times over my life. I know how long it takes. I know how much it should cost. I provided all of the parts needed. The only thing they were to provide was about an hour of labor. I was charged $250.00. When I questioned it, they told me that they had 3 guys working on it for a couple of hours. I know that it takes a hydraulic press to install the bushings. I have a really hard time believing that it took three grown men more than 2 hours to pump a jack handle on a hydraulic press. When I picked up my parts, the parts kit that I had left with them had missing pieces. When I asked them about it, they told me that they were never there. I really think that they either lost them or someone needed them more than me. Needless to say, I’m out $250.00 for a $125.00 job, $40.00 for a useless tire balance, and 2 missing ball joints. Is this our new normal for our world today? I talked to another shop after that. They quoted me $125.00 for the same job. I had written off the tire balance. I thought that they could be trusted. NEVER AGAIN!

I've been to the service side of Chico Auto Parts two times. The first time I had the tires balanced on my pickup. They did a terrible job. I had them rebalance them three more times and no improvement. I finally gave up and went to a tire store in Bridgeport. When I asked Chico Auto about it I was told "Well, we're really not in the tire business ". They kept my money for the tire balance. The second time I visited, I took some control arms in there to have new bushings installed in them. I've done this quite a few times over my life. I know how long it takes. They can be a bit pricy for the small stuff, but outside of that, they know what they’re doing more than any mechanics I’ve gone to. They get stuff done fast, correctly, and for the most part at a reasonable price. I refuse to trust anyone else with my truck while I live in Wise County.

I’m very impressed with the work they did on my wife’s old Mercedes. I will be sending all of my cars to them in the future.
