UPDATE. The Market President called me today to discuss my concerns. How awesome is that? He genuinely cares about customers and followed up after contacting the branch. That goes a long way! I truly hope the atmosphere of this branch changes for the better. With Joe Mitchell's leadership, I know it will! Thank you for reaching out Joe. Chico is a small community and we are neighbors above all. ONE bank in this small town. I would expect that they treat customers as neighbors. NOPE. However, they are consistently rude and unhelpful. I have given them so many tries. An ugly branch for sure.

Terrible bank. Holds your money for weeks and just tells you it will clear up. People who work there are great but the business practices are Terrible. We will be looking for a new bank.
