So I went to cricket store in childress today. My phone has been acting up and I went to get a new one. The girl working was one of the rudest people I've come across in a long time. She wouldn't let me look at the phone I was going to purchase until I paid for it first. I was told it was a new model 5 G phone. I said so what if I pay for it and don't like it want it, do I get a refund. She stated I would get a refund for the phone but not the $25.00 activation fee. So I reluctantly paid. I mean, I need a new phone. She got the phone and activated it and was done with me in 5 minutes. 5minutes!!!! I'm still sitting there because I didn't know she was finished. She said " do you need something else" ? Got to my car and she hadn't even finished the activation. She was leaving in her car when I went back in the store. The guy finished the activation process and as I was telling him how rude she had been he said I wasn't the only one complaining about her. So I get home, looked at the box the phone came in and she gave me a 4G phone NOT the 5g she told me I was buying. Called back down there and was told they were sorry but there was nothing they could do without it costing more money. Why?? Why should I have to pay more money? I paid what she said the 5g phone cost. Nothing like getting ripped off and being told basically oh well!! I have no complaints about cricket service but the employee at the childress store was so rude.

I visited this cricket store looking to upgrade my cell phones camera. The gentleman who waited on me was very patient knowledgeable and helpful. He understood all of the technical properties of the cameras in his store and also was able to make a great recommendation for my needs. You can be sure that when I have my next cell phone need that I will come here.

Went to get 3 new phones and a family plan today. Needless to say I drive to Vernon to get what I wanted . The guy had very little knowledge about product or plans offered. He was going to charge me $90 each phone ( I was doing a family plan of $90 ) plus activation fee. It should of been activation fee and plan cost . When in doubt walk out and go to an other store

Cricket wireless in childress tx was the worst experience I have ever had at a business the employee was rude and unknowledgeable he himself was talking bad about his employer he said he was right and cricket was wrong
