My review is based solely on the men’s bathroom. 3 toilets, 3 urinals. 1 of each was out of order. 1 toilet is so disgusting it’s unusable. 3rd toilet had flies buzzing it and a random little trashcan that was full.
We stopped on our roadtrip to use the restroom and I had good experiences with Allsup’s in the past. Avoid this one if you need to use the bathroom.

Bathroom was okay water pressure was very low, hard to wash off soap!! Not bad for quick stop while traveling

they should clean restrooms at night, many people stop by daytime for breaks and restrooms are closed for a good 40 minutes cleaning around 10:00.

disgusting bathrooms. toilets covered in streaks, flies and trash everywhere. as i was walking out a small brown and white mouse scurried out from under one of the coolers. just keep driving folks

All 3 stalls in the women’s bathroom didn’t have toilet paper. I told the cashier and she said she’s been busy. When she was about to leave and put the toilet paper in. The curly hair cook guy said don’t even worry about it. It’s too busy.
That’s nasty. If u can not take 5 mins of your time to put toilet paper in. Terrible service. And there were three people working at the cashier station so you’re telling me one of them could not go install the toilet paper.
Response: I will reach out to the corporate office. my main problem is that the cook would not allow the cashier lady to leave to install the toilet paper or anyone else for that matter. I’m sure if the hand soap had been out there wouldn’t be a sense of urgency either. You should know that he was also cooking the burrito with his long curly hair hanging all over his face without a hair net on!

This place use to not be so bad but now it is a dump i went in there because I thought it would be a good place to get coffee instead of the petro but I went in there and this place was a dump three employees only the woman was doing some work and the 2 guys not doing anything one sitting on his butt playing on his phone one ringing people up but then after he got done with me he went and just talked to the other guy the place needed to be cleaned badly hair hanging off the coffee machine with maybe an inch of dirt on top of it and the hot food case was a different story got the munchers for my husband he loves but he told me when we already left that they sux and to never go there again and I agree the place is a dump with lazy employees and this was alittle bit after 8pm never stopping here again

This store is a disgrace to Alsups. They have so many little petty rules that make it hard to buy fuel here. I always have liked Alsups and have given them lots of business but this store is so disappointing that I'm probably going to find someone else to support.
