Bank tellers can't even do a transaction since their stuff is broken. On top of that they are limited on info. Useless service at this point.

The phone number never connects you to the customer service. If I would reached the team, I would have not wasted time saying it’s by appointment when they did not have a heavy schedule. I decided to instead open an account with my credit union since they have better customer service and are able to be reached. Do not have a phone number if you are not going to answer. Never come here if you want timely assistance.

Been here twice and it was drive thru only. Really hard to conduct your business via drive thru. And the drive thru is ridiculously slow. Why even stay open if you can't conduct business like a normal bank? Very disappointed

40 minutes waiting and then 20 minutes before closing he told me that he couldn't serve me because they were going to close, when he was already the last one to attend, terrible service ?

Pleasant location. There was a line but the wait wasn't long at all. Not a current member but was services in a polite manner. Location is quaint with various tellers available for service. Thank you.
