“A huge shout out to Greg and his team, who helped me out of a tough and awkward situation. While transporting my deceased dog to God's Creatures, I got lost and turned into a business across the street from their business. I drove over a culvert and thought I'd have to be towed. I was stuck in the culvert in front of a day care. With my dead dog in a box. One of their workers came out and suggested that I call China Spring Lube and Service, which was across the street. Greg came over and figured out how to help me. He and one of his employees jacked up my car and got it out of the culvert. I mentioned that I had heard a weird noise under my car. They figured it out, put it on the ramp and fixed it quickly. Even though I don't live that near them, I may need to make this my new mechanic. Also shout out to the many China Spring residents who stopped to see it I was okay.”

“AMAZING customer service. Very knowledgeable men. They even have a shuttle to help customers get back home after dropping off their car. Sometimes mechanic shops are intimidating and rude but Chris in the front had a welcoming smile and I felt heard and cared about as a customer about my vehicle. Even though I waited to long for an oil change because of my schedule, he still was very respectful and nice about informing me and not embarrassing me. 10/10 across the board !”

I pulled up to express lane for my yearly vehicle Inspection Connection was was quickly processed in by a very nice young gentleman. “The truth is that they have an excellent service but for me as a migrant and a newcomer to this country they couldn't help me much to resolve my purchase nor as a joint member of my wife who is obviously American but with her it was possible and I already have a ram 3500 that I had wanted it so much for more than 20 years and in Mexico they did not sell it even though I had the money to pay for it in cash and the reason is because the diesel deficiency makes them fail. If I had had it when I had my crane business it would have been my best investment. that business”
“I just purchased a 2024 Mitsubishi Mirage SE from Waco Mitsubishi. What a great experience. I live in Dallas. I had talked to the Dallas dealer with 3 store locations and test drove there. The price over the phone was not the price when I walked in the door. $300 more then another approximately $1500 "the dealer difference" for basically a one year paint/dent warranty. I left. The other dealer in the DFW area also played fluctuating numbers game. I saw Waco M on the internet, and they had the car I wanted. Vincent, the Internet Manager, called me. Gave me the exact price (no adds-on) and very transparent. I asked about options for paint, fabric, key fobs, etc. I purchased a 5 year plan for way less than half of that other one year plan, and this one includes replacement key fobs. Then to top it off, they delivered the car to my home in Dallas FREE. The two gentlemen that delivered it were wonderful. Finance, Internet Sales, General Manager- all great. Literally less than 30 minutes of my time with phone, texts, and even going to get my cashier's check. Just the best car buying experience that I've ever had, and I'm a baby boomer so obviously I've bought a lot of cars. Thank you, Waco Mitsubishi for lessening my stress. Car drives great; it's roomy and of course, great warranty and gas mileage.”
