Went in told rep what was going on and treated me as if I was dumb. I sold cell phones for many years and even told him but he acted like he was better. Told him att phone you sure its not cricket. No dummy I said att and even showed him att in the phone and on boot up screen. After he kept being negative I left. Will not go here ever again and refer other people elsewhere. I never acted that way when I was a rep. Why does he not wamt to make money? Was going to buy two more phone after but guess ill go to the forum or order online.

Jacob, Matt & Enrique gave amazing customer service. Helped transfer our 5 lines over with new phones & all. I never felt rushed! Thanks guys I will recommend this Cibolo location.

Jacob and Enrique are freakin CELL PHONE WIZARDS!!! I was trying to transfer my old phone to a new one, after 14 hours of tying and failing i went to the AT&T store in Cibolo. These guys had the knowledge i needed… they were very friendly and informative. I watched them juggle 8 customers at i time making sure to greet new customers immediately… I hope corporate appreciates these guys… it’s service like this that will keep me at AT&T customer for life….

I went by AT&T because the charger I bought from them broke and they did replace it with no hassles and I thought that was wonderful

I have Directv. Their bills are not sent out in time to be mailed back in to avoid late fees. So I have to find an AT&T store to pay my bill. The young man who assisted me was exceptional. It was close to the end of the work day. He didn't rush to get me out. He was very talkative and understanding.
