I was assisted a couple of weeks back at the Auto Zone Cibolo location by Christina, Eric, and Bo. Sorry if any names misspelled. I needed help with something and all three greatly exceeded my expectations. Above and beyond would be putting it mildly. All my questions were answered and I even learned a bit more for future reference. The kindness, respect, and time that they extended to me is amazing.What you have in these 3 is rare considering the world that we live in today! Thank you 3 for all your help!

The MOST AMAZING EXPERIENCE!
I came in expecting just to get a quick code read and be on my way. Aiden looked up what was needed to be done to fix the code and even helped me correct the issue right there in the parking lot! He went way above and beyond! I can't thank him enough! He was very polite, respectful, and growing in his knowledge! Again, thank you a million for your help!
For the record, I've also come multiple times before and have always had excellent service and advice on parts needed. Yall are the best!

I used to go here often for the knowledge of the people that worked there. The store manager and the guy around the corner used to help me with all my needs and would answer most all my questions. They saved me so much money over the last year since I moved to Cibolo. Seems they ran them off and the whole store is new staff who do not know anything and can't answer any of my questions. This is sad as I depended on the knowledge this store and now it's all gone. I went in the evening and spoke with Eric and is pretty knowledgeable and helped me out. He was good. But the anyone else is just cashiers like at a convenience store. The bald buy is awkward and don't want to deal with him again as well as the younger manager who isn't very knowledgeable. Just going to go to the AutoZone in schertz or O'Reilly's here in Cibolo from now on.

Had the pleasure of meeting Adin at the register. Was able to get me in an out just for a simple headlight out. Offered to replace it for me and gave me a glove to wear and grease for the bulb.

Great store to buy more and more parts. Staff is friendly and I like how they turn the screen so I can pick which brand I want. Kind of expensive then buying it online but you can't plan when your car breaks down AutoZone is always there when it does.

These guys were amazing. Gillman Honda had Honda crv batteries on BACKORDER for up to a month and kept trying to sell me services I didn’t need. I was able to get a battery at this AutoZone the same day and have it installed for no extra charge AND they didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need! Jackson was the boy that installed my battery. He did an amazing job and was super friendly. I would totally recommend this AutoZone.
