I would like to give a shout out to Ms Shirley for always being so attentive, respectful and extremely helpful with my process of renting a unit. The unit/units that are available to rent are very clean, well keep and large with electricity. I am very happy with their service and highly recommend Colossal Mini Storage . I previously was renting from another storage facility which was about 20 minutes away. I received notification that they were raising their prices which was more like a car payment. Just happened to drive by Colossal Mini Storage and did a U-turn. Best U-turn I've ever did. Met Shirley and the rest is history. Easy move in, low prices as advertised, 24-hour access, police presence (they rent some of the units), more space than I need which is a big plus, and close to mi casa. Could actually ride my bike to the unit if I was not so lazy. Also, electricity is available.....gracias Shirley. Driving through my neighborhood, I see garages packed with so much stuff. They need to put that stuff in a storage unit at Colossal Mini Storage.

Clean units imaginable price I love that the unit is really big . Good people take care of us. Everything is clean. I like it has power in the unit and it’s good for my business recommended to anybody that wants to start a business.

I have been renting here for about a year now. During that time, there was a management change. Typically, those don't go very well and customers are met with lots of new, additional expense surprises. However, I can say that has not been the case. I have been very happy - not only with the communication of the new management, but the quick responsiveness via phone and text is greatly appreciated. They also now have a working website, which is very useful and also appreciated. Shirley has been extremely responsive and an asset to the new management. So far nothing but good things to say about the facility and the new management. Definitely recommend!
