If I could give a million star review, I would. We had an Emergency and Jordan was very understanding and helpful in our situation, doing absolutely everything he could to help us. They even waited for the tow truck to arrive after closing time on a Saturday to help us replace our tire to drive several hours back home. We are so grateful for him and for our tech Edgar, they're the real MVPS!!! Helping us replace the tire and answering the questions that we had to ensure that we were safe to drive. Give these gentlemen a raise, please! 🫡🫡 🙌

I booked an alignment days before at a different Firestone location and arrived on time just to wait half an hour and be told their tools are locked and they can’t do it. After being told the same thing on 2 different days by that other shop, I decided to call this location, which is way busier and they were able to get me in almost immediately. They got the car aligned with no issues and no bs story like the other store. This location is top notch. The person who helped me was very friendly and accommodating.

I took my car to this Firestone which was my first time being there and they did not want to hear what I had to say about my car. They disrespected me as a lady. They did not look at my car and told me they did not have time to do my car. I can come back some another time. So I left and went home. I will take it to Lexus and let them look and fix it. I will not go back to this Firestone again. My first and last time. These people should not be working in this shop. No Customer Service manners at all. I will not recommend anybody to go there at Firestone Complete Auto Care Cibolo Location. They need some changing in that Cibolo Firestone shop. I gave it an one because it wasn't any zeros on the survey.

Why is it whenever I call, nobody answers? This is the fourth time I’ve called on different days where nobody answers the phone. Pretty frustrating.

Paid $1700 to fix check engine and vsc light. Took it back 4 tomes cause the issue was not fixed. Taking it back again tomorrow because it’s back on again. I have had to rent a car for my son 4 times. Now ahoy to be a 5th time. Extremely unsatisfied
