If the goal of a haircut is speed and sameness then this could have been a 5-star review. But if you prefer not to get a haircut on an assembly line, then perhaps look elsewhere.

I don't know if I came on an off night or what but stylist were just so cold and rude. No hustle no customer service they would finish a haircut then just kind of circle their chairs or slowly blow hair off their chairs. Another customer walked in who had checked into another barber shop was walked in before myself and given a haircut... horrible customer service that definitely needs to be addressed

Horrible experience!!! Went in to get my son a haircut and the stylist Kitty completely messed up his haircut and had the nerve to say "well cant put it back" very unprofessional & Definitely won't be going back (cibolo location next to tiffs treats)

Came in for my usual hair cut after work. I always go to specific Salon,because i refuse to get my cut from someone other than the lovely candy. I love the way she cuts my hair and she smells so lovely so its a win win!! Thank you Candy for always being available for me

I had the worst barber experience of my life. I was cut, literally, by the woman with the dreadlocks. She never apologized or even acknowledged her negligence, forcing the trimmers into the SIDES of my neck where hair doesn't even grow. She was also breathing all over me and talking to the other barber about her sickness and how just yesterday she had "mucus dripping off her face." She didn't wear a mask, and her symptoms were visible to the point she should've stayed home. Aside from that, my "fade" is unblended and looks just like the photo of the bowlcut another poster shared. The parts that are blended are very choppy. She tried to use scissors to better blend my simple buzzed mid-fade, something I've never seen a barber do before, and told me to close my eyes so she wouldn't cut me. Pro tip: If you're so bad with scissors you risk gauging a customer's eye, you should rethink your career. The staff was rude and unwelcoming, and the air was stale. I could have done a better -- and much safer -- job at home. I won't be returning.
