I DON'T like posting bad reviews, but AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS! I've been there twice, and BOTH times I got the hair cutters INTERPRETATION of what I asked for. THIS time I even had a picture of what I wanted, and my cut was STILL JACKED UP! ...and OH YAY, I now even have a BONUS dime size bald spot over one ear! ...and it's not that they were busy, there were only TWO customers in the place! Save your frustration and money, and go somewhere else!!

I was in on Sunday, Aug 10 and Mary Ela cut my hair for me. Usually I travel across town to get my stylist of over 10 years, but she is on vacation. I'm writing this 5 star review because I was so pleased with my haircut! Mary Ela was very professional, fast and paid attention to detail. I'll definitely be back and requesting her for my next cut!!!

My hair is jacked up. The back of my head looks crazy uneven. It’s not an even fade. It’s all squiggly lines. I asked for low, but she went mid. The sides are also uneven. My right side is higher than the left. This is disappointing. It’s a hit and miss with this location. Never going back.

Tracy Soto a great stylist with many years experience. We have followed her around San Antonio and drove 45 minutes today for a hair cut for my mom.

Terrible. Was a simple fade finger length on top and 0 on the sides they took 20 mins to cut my hair and then this is how it turns out.
