“I have always exercised but as I’ve gotten older and busier, I’ve had a hard time with accountability. Going to the gym by yourself is so boring and there was only so much running I could do. I dabbled in Crossfit in the past with a friend so I was mildly familiar with the classes. The accountability is what I really needed. At Crossfit Virilis, I came for the accountability and I have found so much more. The coaches are knowledge, passionate about their craft and encouraging. The culture in this gym is not toxic and arrogant competition. It’s friendly, welcoming, encouraging, and pushing one to work hard and be better than when you first came.
