Attended Karens today... The staff were soo friendly & Karen was very welcoming. Amy & Tory were also very pleasant. I can safely say.. this was the best experience i have had in a hair salon.in a long time .. With very professional care & attention to every aspect of haircare.. I've been going to Karen for 7 years. She only does what you want; she never cuts too much or in a way that "she thinks it will look best." She always does only what you want. She keeps a binder of your previous work so you can look back with her and see what she has done for you, and the chemicals she has used. She always takes her time, never ever rushes. It took me a long time to find someone I could trust because my hair is thin and long. I recommend Hair by Karen for anyone who has a difficult time trusting hair stylists.
