Location, the booth is a bit too small. I had stretched out and bumped the desk doing so, not hard. It was enough to disconnect the Internet. The clerk did a good job. They were professional and courteous.

We had an appointment last year with Duane Washington, gave him all our paper work along with a delinquent tax notice owed from 2017. He did our tax return along with an amendment included with our return. This January we received the same IRS notice with crude interest, we showed up again to our appointment last week, he did our tax return we gave him the notice and he said it was our fault for not doing an amendment last year, that it’s separate. He left and said he can help us out and pay less taxes that he will call us. He needs to do it at his expense.
