I've been a customer for a year, I’ve tried many other nail salons that either charge outrageous prices or didn't deliver quality service. I'm a loyal customer of Milan's Nails, as Tokyo consistently does an outstanding job. Although there are times when I have to wait, I believe it's well worth it. Additionally, Milan's pricing is quite reasonable compared to other establishments.

I have been a very loyal customer here for a couple years now. I've almost always received a great design with great customer service. Today, after waiting 2 and a half hours past my scheduled appointment time, I was given a design that looked NOTHING like what I asked for, and was messy and terribly executed. After pointing out that she had forgotten to do part of the design, she had to take off the top coat and try again, then put the wrong color on and had to take THAT off and try again. All this leading to her snapping at ME and raising her voice when I expressed my displeasure at the fact that there was more paint on my finger than my nail. I understand that there are other customers, and have often waited a VERY long time to get my nails finished without complaint. The lack of professionalism that I experienced today was enough to make me know that I do not want to give this place my business anymore. My money is too hard earned for me to get yelled at for simply expecting to get what I asked and am paying (and normally tipping VERY well) for. The employee turnover rate at the salon speaks volumes. It's unfortunate because I have usually had very good service from all of the employees, but the owner's attitude makes it a hostile environment that I don't normally look for in a spa experience.

Tokyo and Fong run such a great shop! Offer drinks, snacks, and are so personable. My nails always look amazing! And I love the punch card that give me $20 off when it’s full! Thanks for always being such a relaxing and fun experience for our family!

Stopped in while I was passing through Cibalo to get a quick polish on my toes and fingers on 3/2 and here are my nails on 3/3. $30 $15 for feet and $15 for fingers. I normally get a full set when I get my nails done. I decided to go natural to give my nails a rest. (See previous reviews for other nail shops I've visited) on my profile. I don't leave negative review but.... I read all the reviews before leaving my so I'll agree customer service was good. (2 stars for Friendliness 1 star for nail polish on hands)

I can’t say enough good things about Mila Nails & Spa! Tokyo and her husband Frank truly go above and beyond to make every visit special. Tokyo is hands down the best nail technician I’ve ever had! Her attention to detail and precision with every manicure is eye-catching. My nails always look flawless.
Frank gives the best pedicures I’ve ever had! He takes his time, leaving me feeling rejuvenated and pampered. They are both so welcoming and make you feel like part of their family.
If you’re looking for the finest salon in Cibolo, I highly recommend Mila Nails & Spa.

This was my first time here as I just moved to town. They are very nice and friendly. The lady that did my nails was super sweet. She asked me along the way if I liked everything to make sure I was happy with the job . That’s good service to me. Very friendly and efficient staff. I’ll be back!
