About Leslie's Pool Supplies
Based on the reviews, Leslie's Pool Supplies in Cibolo has a fantastic, knowledgeable team. Customers appreciate the excellent customer service, with staff like Kyle and Aaron who are kind, thorough, and non-pushy. They go above and beyond to help solve pool problems and have customers' best interests in mind. However, the store is chronically understaffed and has premium prices. Customers should be careful trusting water sample results, as the machine is sometimes out of calibration and can cause the purchase of unnecessary and expensive chemicals. Despite this, the Cibolo location is highly recommended for its helpful and exceptional service.

All I want to say is the assistant manager whose name is Kyle at Leslie’s Pool is so knowledgeable, and so very patient! His ability to explain how to use the chemicals properly to ensure positive readings when we do water/chemical checks is just outstanding. I highly recommend this person and this location!

I really appreciate Mr. Kyle Thomas. For the past nine years, we’ve had a hard time managing our pool. This spring, our pool turned green again, but Mr. Thomas helped us, and within just one week, it was blue again. He is very kind and knowledgeable, and I highly recommend the Cibolo location
