I really appreciate Mr. Kyle Thomas. For the past nine years, we’ve had a hard time managing our pool. This spring, our pool turned green again, but Mr. Thomas helped us, and within just one week, it was blue again. He is very kind and knowledgeable, and I highly recommend the Cibolo location

All the products you need in one place, but at premium prices. Store is chronically understaffed, but the guy at the counter is nice enough, just overworked and always behind. Be careful trusting water sample results. Machine is sometimes out of calibration and will cause you to buy unnecessary and expensive chemical.

We thought we had good customer service at our former Leslie’s at the Forum until we started going to our Cibolo Leslie’s! The manager there has helped us a handful of times and isn’t out for our money and has our best interest in mind. Today we met Aaron who was exceptional. Great customer service and was thorough...
