The only issue was with the agent that gave us our quote, he made it sound like he would be there through all the steps and Jaden was not and he did mess up our paperwork. “We have never used a moving company before, called them and Larry, the owner came out and did a detail list of our belongings, gave a quote, this was about a month in advance. The day of the move, he had 3 movers come in and had our belongings packed and loaded within 4 hours. They were amazing, friendly, really took care of our stuff. We had to use 2 of their 28 foot trucks. Moved out of a 2400 sq ft home, plus all the stuff in the back, from San Antonio to Lubbock. Arrived the next morning, prompt and ready to unload. That took about 2 hours, and still very professional and friendly. Not one 1 was dented, scratched, broken, cracked, etc. We were very impressed to say the least. Will highly recommend them for your next move. They are hard workers. The owner is nice and courteous. So, for your next move, I would highly recommend them. We'll worth the money, plus they give military discount.”
