Dr. Chilton and Clayton, the nurse, were absolutely amazing! They listen to me, found exactly what was affecting me, and got me the comfort I needed. They were very professional, polite, and compassionate. This was the best experience I’ve ever had! From the receptionist greeting me and doing my intake to being discharge, everyone was phenomenal!

AVOID THIS PLACE. One-star is actually being generous and quite misleading. We went in for what appeared to be a scary health issue and it was all downhill from there. Despite being almost empty, the doc was hardly present and most of our visit was spent sitting alone in a room. When they did come into the room the provider was dismissive and from the very start told us “a lot of kids coming in with rhinovirus.” They did two lab tests and told us it was indeed rhinovirus. Then slapped us with an outrageous bill (4-figures) for a fruitless visit that lasted about an hour. We might as well have gone to the Whataburger across the street for care. Instead we went to a different, more thorough (and apparently competent) healthcare provider who determined what was actually going on and provided the necessary care.

I wasn't sure I would live to post this, but here iam. I want to thank the staff not the Dr for do everything they was supposed to do. I came in there with lower right abdominal pain. I explained to the Dr it started at my belly button and moved to the lower right. I was in alot of pain. Dr Lee looked at the area barley felt on anything didn't check to see if it was appendicitis nope order some bs blood test said okay I'll start you on antibiotics and out I went. 10 hours later at home I was rushed to a real hospital where they did surgery to remove my appendix. I told them where I went before and they frowned upon this place saying lack of skill from some Drs. For this reason I'll never come back. You put my life at risk and barley did anything. Then you tried to charge me 25,000$ I don't think so. I've been to this place for other issues never ran into this guy before other Drs are really good they care and take the time. Dr.lee doesn't care and should be fired. If anyone goes and you have to see him just leave you are better off going to another location. 2 stars though for the other staff there much appreciate the conversation while I was dying.

The process to get in was fast and I was taken care of immediately and the nurses and doctor are so kind 100% would come here they also explained everything down to the tea to make sure I understand.

Hands down some of the best care I have ever received. It did not take long for my baby to be seen and when she was seen they were very attentive and good with her. We were in and out with a diagnosis within 30 min and my both my kids left happy despite the circumstances. Will recommend to everyone:)

This stand alone ER ALWAYS delivers EXCELLENT service. I’ve been here a few time and the standard of care was impeccable. Dr Ndi was the physician. He was funny and caring. He explained every detail of CT scan to me and even identified an issue I was never aware of enabling me to reach out to my PCM to develop a treatment plan before the issue got worse or cost me my life. Nurse Melissa was AMAZING! She administered one of the best IV pokes I’ve ever had. Literally didn’t know she had stuck me the stick was so good. The radiology technician, Joel was AMAZING also. He immediately came to get me for the CT scan. Other places I would have to wait hours for the scan and then hours for the results. I LOVE coming here because not only is the staff always attentive and caring there’s never a long wait. They value your time by getting you in and out of the ER…with quality care. I highly, highly recommend this place for your ER needs…and I am a real person!

⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ for Dr. Kyrouac & his team! They was absolutely amazing!! He was very attentive & explained everything that was going on & what they were planning to do as far as treatment! RN Melissa & Arcelia were amazing as well! Justine at the front desk was so caring and welcoming, it really helped to calm me down as I was in a little bit of a panic when I arrived!! Thank you for all you do!
Now, I did have to return a couple days later and was expecting the same amazing team, but unfortunately the doctor that was on duty couldn’t be bothered to even come in & see me until the last 2 mins of my almost 5 hour stay. I had to get most of my information from the nurse as to what the treatment was going to be?! Luckily the nurse from a couple days ago was there, she checked in on me more than anyone else & I wasn’t even her patient!! So, I will definitely be calling ahead to know which physician they have on staff before deciding if I want to just go to the normal ER.

My daughter was in a car accident, we took her in with neck and back pain. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Dr. Chilton was amazing, he took the time to explain everything we needed to know and he really listened to my daughter. Highly recommend Premier for anyone who needs emergency medical care.

Came in with chest pains and they saw me right away. They were attentive and open about everything from the tests being done and why, down to the billing. They are amazing and if I need any emergency medical care I will be coming back here.
