Dissapointing honestly. They had no hot food except hunt brothers pizza, which looked dry, and a lot of the their equipment was out of order. There snack and drink selection was okay but the store felt a bit unkempt. It didn't help that the floor was sticky too. Overall this place feels a bit rundown.

I normally don't have any issues at this store. However yesterday 2/2/24 at around 1230 pm ( I include the time because the cashier who also claimed to be a manager in training) was extremely rude. I was looking at lotto and she said "lottos cash only". I asked if debit was an option because I usually purchase lotto at that location with debit and it's never been an issue, so I communicated that with her. She stated again "cash only", I said "ok no problem, not my luck" she then proceeded to ask me of the individuals names who have allowed me to purchase lotto with lottery and I told her "even if I knew the names, I wouldn't tell you." This "manger in training" acted like an absolute child, talking excessively, wouldn't run my card for the drinks I was trying to purchase, continue to tell me how I wasn't compliant with the store rules and after all the talking she did when I finally asked for her name she refused to give it to me. This obviously won't deter me from coming into the store but since she refused to give me her name, and I can't seem to find a place to file a complaint, I figured maybe the right person would see this and have a talk with this "manager in training". Again her unprofessionalism and Karen mentality is not a good image for either herself or the store.

Restroom are very dirty need cleaning trash all over floor and smell like pee when walking in the restroom ask the lady can someone clean it her reply was I don’t get paid enough money lol okay

This is the second time in 2 weeks this has happened, the store seems to have a habit of closing early. Either that or y’all need to update your hours. There are no hours posted on the door but online says 11pm.

Went to this store just now, 2 workers standing at the registers doing nothing went to refill my fountain drink no coke. Told the guy @register he said use the other one tried that one no coke.i told them & they just ignored me.. I left no sale.

Absolutely terrible store! This store has been going downhill for a while. Food options used to be good for a quick stop in the morning. Now not so much. I stopped to get a few bags of ice. On one occasion they couldn't find the key to the box,, the next time I stopped they told me the ice machine was broken and they haven't had ice for months. Hmmm. The last strike was I stopped to exchange propane tanks. The cashier nor the manager could figure out how to ring it up at the register. Grrrrrr!I will no longer be stopping there for fuel or any other reason. I live in the community and nearby, this local business has been extremely disappointing.

Worst employees ever. lil kid behind the counter tried to start beef. Like what planet are we on. Lil fake thug. I asked about an item I wanted to be stocked. “You still ask’n bout that?!?”Then I go to pay an toss my $20 bill in the middle of the counter and this kid… says” you throw’n money at me!?!” Looking to instigate a fight.No sell respecting business employees people like this lil kid wanna be thug.Place is rancid with these nasty humans.

How can it be that every weekend the Lotto machine is broken. It's a call to Texas lotto. or maybe train the staff on how to use it. The same young lady every weekend OH! it broken. Pic-n-pqck your losing bucks.

Skip getting gas at these stations. Prices dropping at every station around, and they raised theirs. Gas is an attractant, not a money maker.

This place is advertising fuel prices on the sign you see on the road at one price and then charging $0.04 more when you get to the pump and pay.. how is that legal

I have had it! The store at 839 FM 1103 has an employee that refuses to wear a mask. It's always below his chin. My assumption is the only reason he even has it is to CYA when the owners/managers come in. This guy has passed me in the store, far less than 6 feet from me with his stupid mask below his chin. To add to it, he is completely rude and just gives looks like he is daring you to say something. This is where I get gas and I have seen him about twice a week for months now. You can't miss him. He's the guy with long dreadlocks that smells like a dirty ashtray. Please owners, do something about this guy!
