Not only did he take my sad boxed dyed hair and turn it into a work of art,but he is easily one of my very favorite people in this world now.
What a personality.
Probably the best in this challenging business,and an amazing person to boot.
A true gem in our town of Cibolo.

Phillip is amazing! My hair was terrible after I attempted a home dye and then had another salon attempt to fix it. He was able to make it look great again and feel great again!

Needed a last minute haircut and Phillip was able to get in. He treated me like a queen and made me feel beautiful. My hair turned out fabulous!

I am over the moon happy with my haircut from Phillip. I had long hair and it was wavy/ curly and went to above shoulder length. He is kind, personable, and so knowledgeable about hair. Please go see him and I promise you won't be disappointed! I LOVE my new look!

This salon was absolutely amazing! The owner was also my stylist and he was an absolute gem. He was so personable and sweet! And he did an absolute AH-MAZING job giving me layers and fixing my bangs from a previous hair cut (not from this salon) that was a nightmare. And the way he styled my hair afterwards was incredible. I would go back to him just for a blowout honestly.

I should have known the second they handed me the color book as the first red flag! I explained what I wanted, showed pictures and then they wanted ME to choose the product numbers. I’m not trained in how different colors react or deposit/lift with different hair types, that’s why I had who I thought was a professional handle my hair.
I was blonde and wanted a subtle auburn, but instead got fire engine red!! Then he had the audacity to tell me it SHOULD fade!
I also did not enjoy the side conversations degrading other business owners.

Horrible customer service! The manager/owner is absolutely rude, first they don't even call to confirm your appointment time so you think you have you appointment confirmed.. no! I scheduled my appointment on Thursday 2/22/24 online for a keratin treatment at 4 pm on Saturday 2/24/24. It send the link that it was confirmed. Today 2/24/24 I check my email and saw that is was canceled yesterday 2/23/24 the note said "client canceled" I never called to cancel. I call immediately and the person who answered the phone was the "owner" I nicely tell him that I have an appointment today but it was canceled and I wanted to know why. He replies in a sassy attitude "because you didn't show up for your appointment, I waited" I told him my appointment was scheduled at 4 he said that on his end it says 2 and that there's nothing he can do about it. No apology NOTHING. I just hung up the phone because it was a waste of breath and energy dealing with an owner who has not respect for clients and calls them liars. I do not recommend.

The owner RUINED my hair!!!! He had absolutely no idea what he was doing and knows nothing about color! Literally the worst experience ever! All he wanted to talk about was the other salons in the area, and all he did was bash them and the owners. I also had to listen to barking dogs for three hours. Do yourself a favor and stay away! Thank God, I found someone that can fix this horrible mess he created! I really don’t even see how this place is open. WOW

Amazing customer service and friendly atmosphere, Ive been going regularly for the past year and getting my hair dyed and my hair has never been healthier. The stylists are nice and gentle and very friendly.Services: Bang trim
