Been to the store twice for a pet wash and both times denied service. This second time it was 7:20pm, two staff members stated that it was 40 minutes before closing the pet station. There was another dog already in the wash room. Despite having two sinks available, the other clients had the door locked and the staff did not do anything to let us in.
Seemed like they were blaming the other clients to avoid letting us in and having to clean the available sink. Won’t come back

30 min ago I stopped by Tractor Supply and witnessed a troubling moment — an experienced worker was harshly criticizing a newer team member. It deeply affected me.
As a business owner, I believe those who insult or belittle others should be retrained, not tolerated. Respect and support matter in every workplace. Moments like this remind me how much I care for my own employees and how important it is to create a kind, uplifting environment for everyone.

This Tractor Supply has the best people! They have proven every time to be extremely helpful and kind. Going above and beyond in many situations. They are a phenomenal example of what customer service is meant to be. I cannot recommend them enough. I am grateful to have them in our community.

Nice selection of work/ farming/gardening clothes. Cute t-shirts. Great selection of dog/cat food and treats. Also kennels and dog beds. Gardening equipment . Horse items. Seasonal baby chicks and ducks. Seeds. Farm items. Lots of cool stuff.

Customer service at this location has always been great. Everyone was extremely helpful. I bought 16 livestock panels and I feel like if I hadn't helped, Amanda would have just loaded them herself smiling the whole time.

You should have a signup process to use the grooming station. I drove 20 minutes with my dog only to be told there’s someone in line while two other dogs were using it and I would have to wait for it to be cleaned which takes 45 minutes to an hour and “we close at 8” it was 6pm. I drove there unnecessarily and the guy didn’t care at all. Not all dogs enjoy car rides.

Got a great Black Friday deal on a gun safe and management was the absolute best to help with an extra discount since it had a dent, really appreciate that kind of service! It goes along way in my book!

I was running late and the store was closing. Elijah answered the phone and was professional and courteous. However he went beyond that. I told him I was en route but wouldn’t get there until after closing due to traffic and that notorious train that runs along FM78. He said he’d be able to leave the hay I needed out front waiting for me. Well after getting over the tracks and getting there at 10 after 9, Elijah was outside with my bales of hay on a dolly. He loaded the bales for me as well. He was genuinely happy to go that extra length for a customer. I hope the store knows how good of an ambassador for Tractor Supply they have in Elijah. Thank you for waiting when you didn’t have to young man.

We went in to buy dog food & chicken food. They have a wide variety of items. The cashier was nice. I would recommend you shop here. They also have baby ducks & chicks.

David saved my butt today. I called, they were the only shop in town selling a very specific tool I needed, nothing else would do. David picked up the call, went to the shelf, verified it was in stock, and held on to one for me until I could get over there. Thanks, David.
