I'm not sure why this location is rated low. It took a minute or two for someone to come up to the desk but they apologized (which I was fine with anyway).
The gentleman that assisted me was friendly and efficient. Helped me quickly figure which shipping option worked best for me and that's it.

They continuously don’t deliver my mail correctly, i constantly have problems with them and have to contact them all the time.

I have lost count the amount of times they don’t deliver my mail correctly. It happens pretty regularly, at least every three months. I feel like I am constantly having to contact them, USPS, or consumer affairs and of course the issue never gets fixed. The building smells horrible too. It’s a 50/50 chance that they will reach back out to you when they say they will.

I normally don't like going to the post office, but this place is well staffed and really friendly.

Literally took 3 minutes walked in Taylor was at the desk helped one customer in like a minute I walked up she greeted me and did everything quick and efficiently was out of there great job Cibilo USPS keep it up

The San Antonio distribution center and post offices in Schertz and Cibilo are the worst. They're incapable of handle delivering mail without losing, misdirecting or stealing it. They'll use the holidays as an excuse to give their incompetentence.

This location constantly delivers packages to the wrong boxes in our neighborhood, or is flat out stealing them, as we never receive our packages when they say they’re delivered. I’ve tried submitting claims and missing package searches on the website, and it never lets me submit, always gives me an error. The last few times I had missing packages, they just told me they couldn’t find them and that’s it. No accountability whatsoever.

I had good experiences with the team here and, they're so attending and keen to help from day one after we moved in.
I went to this location to get new keys for the mailbox as the previous owner didn't leave them, and the next day the lady shows up with our new keys.
I had to go out of state for almost 2 months and had to have a mail hold, while the maximum hold they allow is one month, they still held my mail for the second month until I came back and collected it and no one tried to lecture me about it.
When my mailbox was stuck and can't be opened, they fixed it the next day.
Now that I moved out of state and a package came on the first day that I started the automatic mail forwarding, they still tried to deliver it to the house first in case I was still available and when the lady found no one home, they forwarded it to the new address.

Cibolo Post Office has gone downhill and is the worst. I always get neighbors mail & vice versa.Tenants get mail for previous tenants that haven't lived there in years or are deceased. If you write “does not live here” on mail that's not yours,”they continue to send you their mail. If you call them the phone rings busy or rings and rings with no answer. This is all the time.

This place either lost my package or the delivery person stole then marked it delivered it either way they are incompetent or not to be trusted!!

Ridiculous - I was out of town for a week and went to get my mail today at my box down the street in the neighborhood…apparently my box was too full and they took all my mail and left a note that they’re putting my mail on a 10 day hold. I can’t contact the post office since they’re closed with hours from 8-4 - I can’t get there during the day to get my mail. Why not just leave the mail and package there? Now I can’t get the mail I was expecting and need for my business! Just ridiculous - apparently thinking isn’t part of the job description for the post office these days.

The staff are always kind and helpful when I come in. The line moves relatively quickly and they’re always very thorough and communicative about my options for anything. Not sure why they have such a low rating but hopefully this bumps it up as I prefer this location!
