Carmartrus was such a tremendous help! I needed something shipped out of the country ASAP through a shipping method that's not normally used AND I only had time to show up right at closing. He was amazing and even through it took us some time to get it all ready, he did it all with a smile. He's a gem, thanks again!

I have had packages that are “not deliverable” because “Susan” the post office employee does not have access to the delivery location. This has happened two days in a row with different packages. The mail was delivered yesterday but the parcel was reported as having no access to deliver the small package (it was a silk head scarf). I actually walked out to check the mail as she was delivering a package to the front door of the neighbors across the street.I was considerate and tried to be respectful by parking close to the center to ensure I was not parking in the way of neighbors as well as the mailboxes. This is the first town I’ve been in where you are not allowed to park on the street in a non-gated community because the post office employee is on a power trip. The curbs are not painted red nor a fire hydrant in sight both of which should be the only reason vehicles cannot park in front of their residences.Her poor behavior has been reported; however, it appears “Susan” has no consequences and, therefore, will continue her childish/unsatisfactory behavior. Please note; after it was reported last week that the mailbox was being left open so that mail could fall out or easily stolen she is retaliating with not doing her job. Sad.My sister actually ran into another post office employee who called her to ask where she was so that we can meet her to get the parcel she refused to deliver but she refused to be helpful although we were willing to go out of our way to obtain the mail.Management should consider looking for people who would be happy to be employed rather than keeping people with this type of poor behavior.

I have had an issue with the mail lady for 3 years now and she is still not delivering mail when she should. She said she can't deliver our mail but she has access. She says packages are delivered but it's not in the mail box. She leaves our mailbox open for people to steal our mail. We have made several complaints yet she is still employed. First she drove a jeep and now she drives a regular USPS vehicle. She is never in a uniform. I shouldn't have this much issues to receive my mail. Guess I will have to contact someone higher in rank to get things done.

Had a package shown it was delivered to my parcel box yet there wasn’t a key left in my mailbox. 3 days later and still missing my package! This isn’t the first time this has happened or even the second or third!

We were missing a couple of our packages that said they were delivered to the parcel locker. We didn't have a key in our mailbox and packages were delivered on different days. I called the Cibolo office directly and spoke to a very nice lady named Cindy who said that she would look into it. And then this morning I was surprised to find her ringing my doorbell. This sweet lady came over to our house with all of our packages. It turns out that the carrier had accidentally left the key in the locker with the packages. Cindy took the time out of her day to find out what had happened. That's some stellar customer service! The five stars are for you. Thank you Cindy!!

I don't get all the bad reviews. I've lived in Cibolo a little over 3 years and I've not had any issues. When I go to the FM 1103 location I've never had any problems

The delivery driver left all of our mail boxes open. THEN FOR 4th time our mail has been stolen! Literally broken into. What does USPS do about it??? NOTHING! They are helping criminals get away with huge amounts of merchandise, my medical equipment and our IDENTITY! This is gross misconduct and neglect!

Apparently this is common for this post office, but I never received a package from a retailer and the tracking number shows delivered. Even Cindy, at the post office left me a voice mail saying “they lost and couldn’t find” my package. But, because it was scanned as delivered, the merchant is covered and I’m the one out $200. It’s a shame that no one cares to help the little guy out in this situation and I got stuck paying for something I never received.

Packages shipped from this location, even those shipped early AM are almost always held an additional day for some reason before actually moving into the postal stream.

More than once we’ve had issues with delivery! Recently a package was delivered to a different address and luckily they were honest good neighbors and they gave me my package which was a Christmas gift for someone in the family! When the tracking said it was delivered I called the post office and told them I did not get my package! I was told they would call me back and let me know where the package was! No call has happened yet!!!!!Sloppy work and poor customer service!

These Sunday delivery people are really class acts. They delivered a box of soap that was leaking before they even walked to my door. Left it to leak all over my porch. Did they forget all tact.

This post office is awful now. Ryan the postal worker was rude and unhelpful. I could go on and on, but there is no point. Just find another post office to use, any other post office would be a better choice.
