I came for an oil change. They must be making their employees push the full synthetic because they go for it every time. I don't know enough about it to make that decision and my mechanic friends say it's overpriced. The counter guy was nice. New guy. He handled the questions and intake process. No problem there. It was around 10 am so no extended waiting period. My issue came with being charged to recycle my battery, but not given the option to do something different. I suggest everyone double check your receipt when you get serviced here.

Stopped by early morning as a walk in and was told my oil change was going to be completed within 2 hours. Employees were honest and efficient and deserve a raise. This was my first time using Walmart automotive because my boyfriend convinced me to do so and because of the outstanding work they did from here on out I’m only using Walmart for my auto needs. I've gone in to get items in the store and haven't had issues. I called today Friday 8-18 around 2 o'clock asking to have tires installed what was the wait time. Was told 3 hours before before they'd pull me in to start. I drove by the store on my way to the Schertz store that told me they should be able to get me out in 2 hrs. Which they did. There was only on car in the bay and two vehicles outside at the Cibolo store. This store will never build their business if they don't staff service department correctly and have the drive for customer service. I Have used them before for oil changes and times are usually over an hour. Now a days you can go down to your local quick lube and be out in less than 30 min. TLE has loss their focus of "Tire &Lube Express" as well as customer service. Cibolo store is notice their tech assembling wheel barrow and bikes instead of drumming up business. Shame. Service to the customer is not priority

They just change the oil or tires, they aren't looking to trick you into doing anything else.

By far the worst! Brought F150 in for an oil change which includes replacement of oil filter, we were told they didn't have correct oil filter and we could buy one for an additional $15. We chose to go elsewhere just a few miles down the road and come time find out Wal-Mart failed to replace oil cap and dip stick- they were loose. Called auto center spoke to Blake, explained issue and all he had to say was "That sucks". Additionally, there was evidence upon opening the hood that oil shot into engine compartment due to lack of replacing cap and/or dip stick!

Bryan and Austin did a great job with my tire order. They always seem to be busy so being patient will pay off. Very phenomenal customer service from them. They even offered to carry them to my car because I ordered extra tires. Pay the extra 2 dollars for the lifetime balancing, it is very well worth it. The Scepter tires are very good for the mid sized cars from my experience/good all-weather tread pattern and the price is very reasonable. If you want to move up a notch, get the Good-Year brand tires. They are also made in the USA which sure beats what the dealerships are quoting and allot of their tires come from over-seas with a high mark up so be careful and do your research.Service: Tyres

I want to start this by saying that 3 stars is not at all about the employee himself. He was kind and explained things the best he could. I never got to the oil change I needed because this location reportedly (per the employee) doesn't service European cars. They don't have the equipment. 3 stars is because it is just this Walmart location apparently and they do not have this posted anywhere nor do they state it when you call to check availability. I was not the only customer who waited in line to find this out. An elderly gentleman behind me also discovered this about his car as well. A possible solution would be to transparently state that this location does not have the capability to provide oil changes to European cars both on their website and when a customer calls in about an oil change.

Very polite and very fast service
