I've been coming to this allsups LITerally my whole life. Every time I've come in the past few years, there have been gradual improvements. This time they had new bathrooms. It's always clean. They have fresh produce options. The people who work there are always super friendly and helpful.

I’m a truck driver that drives through town daily. I normally stop at the Road Ranger but I decided to stop here because their ice and water taste better and the option on candy bars. Today the cashier wanted to charge me for a fountain drink and I told her no it’s water and ice. She says well I saw you drinking from a straw. I’m like yes ice water. She rolled her eyes and look upset as if I was lying or trying to steal. I was so offended. Like seriously I can afford a darn soda if I wanted one. This was upsetting because I really wanted to be mean but thank you Jesus not worth it.

Stopped here for burritos based on my passenger's recommendation BUT was very disappointed with the lack of food safety. No gloves were used & I had to ask to please wear some when I asked for mine. Hopefully, my passengers don't get sick.

They were the upmost RUDE people I have ever met. I work in customer service so I understand having a bad day, but they were genuinely just rude. The flying jay workers are so much more helpful in cisco, if I were you i’d get gas there.

The service was good only issue was the younger woman working was making the foods with no gloves on and then proceeded to cough on her arm. Everything else was great!

So the diesel pumps are not maintained. No glass cleaner, no paper towels, and the concrete is filthy. The little girl at the counter has an attitude and projects her frustration (headshaking, mumbling) if her customers do not perform to her expectations. At least the bathroom was clean and didn't smell like sewer, like many Allsup's (Yesway) I go in to. This particular Allsup's had a long squeegee for truck windshields (1) but most of them don't. A clean windshield is important to truckers and Allsup's should provide long squeegees with sufficient amounts of glass cleaner.

We are a trucking company working on new years We called to ask what the diesel price was and the clerk told my driver I can't tell you and hung up. I called back and asked if my driver misunderstood and she rudely told me she can't give that information and said we are busy she put the phone down and continued to help the customers in store then she picked up the phone and and took time to agrue with me instead of just telling me the price we are going to spend serial hundreds of dollars to fill up and she can't be nice I asked for a mrg she refused I said I would address it when I get there. There is no need for disrespect. I am tired of the disrespect from business how do you think you stay in business from your customers.

Faulty pumps. Auto shut off does not work.
Super super rude staff. The lady working there is super unprofessional and threw my card at me and cussed me out. I will be filing a complaint to the owner. The lady yelled “the pump is overflowing AGAIN”
Meaning this is an ongoing issue that they are aware of. Get your pumps fixed.
