“I'm new to the Clarksville area and had my first experience with them yesterday evening, called the store and Caitlin answered my questions regarding purchasing new battery for my Nissan Xterra and checking the electrical system, super friendly over the phone and wven more pleasant in person, even though her system checks confirmed all was working and didn't need a battery or alternator she asked the night manager Samuel his perspective on possible causes it wasn't starting without a jump start, he offered to also take a look, we both discovered the negative cable not securely in place intermittently, he retrieved a socket and drive handle.....problem solved, no charge to me with a handshake and a smile of appreciation for choosing O'Reilly's, I assure you they will continue to be my go to auto parts provider in the future, thanks Caitlin and Samuel....great people ?”
