The employees are great but the automated attendant is aggrevating. You can't reach a person. Goodbye CVS, Hello Clarksville Pharmacy.

Called in prescription for pain pills due to back injury on road trip. Were unable to fill due to regulations of time between prescriptions (I was prescribed 2 days worth the day before to try and get an mri done). Was told I could pick up in 24 hrs. Told them I would be back through Saturday (4 days later) on drive back through. Pull up and they say prescription was placed on hold, “give us 30 min”. Explained situation and nothing they could do cause the safe was on a timer. Poor communication has caused me literal pain and wasted time. Extra star given cause they did hand out a dog treat. This is just the cherry on top of an extremely inefficient medical system in the US.

This is a small town CVS where the staff knows the customers by name. It's always clean and we'll stocked. Easy access from Hwy 82 and Hwy 37. I also like the fact that they will deliver you prescriptions twice a week. Sometimes it's hard to get there during business hours.
