Nasty service with the girl in the paint section- her name was Jamie or something. Will not be buying any product where workers give sarcasm instead of customer service. We literally had to walk out because of how rude and unhelpful that worker was being.

Zero stars if i could a bunch of lazy workers handing out false information i had to wait for more than over half an hour after someone told me they would meet me then i had to walk back just to see all the employees just having a conversation there and after another 10 minutes i waited just to be told they cant cut it and tried to sell me 200$ of wood as a alternative this place is a joke i will never come back to this establishment again

I want to say that the customer service employee who helped me with a return a few weeks ago was amazing. His name is Tyler. There was a situation with their cash register and it being close to closing time. Tyler was so patient helping me out and it was very appreciated.

I worked the Lumber Department here for about a year, operating forklifts and such. I think one of the Manager's name was Rudy. In my opinion, he was the coolest of them all. S/O to Mr. Rudy he's going far in life.

My former "Go To" local Home Depot represents one less reason to run the local police gauntlet in Clear Lake Shores. Strike Three tonight with another poor experience. Went to 646 at Gulf Freeway and found what I needed, in stock. Someone please advise when this store is under new management.

If I could give them a zero stars I would delivery service sucks customer service sucks, we ordered mulch on Thursday and was supposed to receive it on Friday they canceled they said that they could be delivered on Saturday then they called today which is Saturday and said they had or they could not deliver again because of some off-the-wall reason. I am so upset these people were on apologetic and the customer service sucks. Do not order anything from these people.

VETERANS BEWARE! Beth and her "manager" will be combative and demeaning when/if you ask for a military discount! They say any form of government issued ID you have is invalid except for the "VA card". This is really annoying because it was a pain digging up my DD-214 to get my license with a veteran designation on it anyways. They both made sure I knew that Home Depot has NEVER taken any other forms of ID although clearly they aren't aware the VA card is new in the last couple or few years. On top of this when I ask Beth to get her manager she refused! Then it seems like she goes and spoke to a "friend" "manager" who couldn't present any proof she was a manager and defended Beth as well. I'm not doing this for me but how could Home Depot encourage employees to deny very deserving veterans who won't speak up for themselves. we have multiple generations of veterans who are coming to a home improvement store meaning they are probably working or trying to save a buck doing some work themselves, the 10% can really help some folks. I can take my money elsewhere, northern tool sells all the Milwaukee tools I need and Lowe's has everything lumber/supplies wise. I could go on and on about the awful service I've gotten here outside of this instance but I kept coming back because of the convenience. Well I'm dumb because it's not worth it at all. I'm tired of spending my money at a place and leave feeling confused and upset.

I bought an expensive Moen shower head on 7/15/21 costing around $100. I foolishly assumed I would get high quality for my money. I got it home and opened the packaging. I noticed water dripped out of the hosing and there were scratches on one of the connection hoses. Also, the installation manual was missing. Obviously I had been sold a return item at full price. I took it back to Home Depot and asked the manager why I had been sold a return item at full price. Her idea of customer service was to imply that the water was from the factory, until I pointed out that the installation manual was missing. She continued to argue with me. She was completely clueless about how to deal with a customer with a valid complaint. I have been a Home Depot customer in the past, but from now on Lowes will have my business.

We had the worst experience at self check out. After buying spray paint, we needed an attendant to verify our age. When we asked the lady to come help she walks over, doesn't greet us, and rudely waves us to step away. When my husband called her out on it she continued to ignore him. He was persistent in letting her know how rude she had acted. Then her 4 digit pin didn't work so she called someone to come help and that lady was rude as well. If there was another HD close by, we would never be back here but then again maybe that's why they can get away with such bad customer service.

They are so freakin' lazy anymore. Due to COVID.... we don't care about our customers any more. We threw our brains out when it happened. That is the mind set of all their lazy ass store workers. I absolutely hate Home Depot. I'm a contractor. Hate them. Lazy people can't even change your sign hours at pro desk. That lazy. Make you push lumber thru half blocked isles. Manager is a stupid Asshole.

Corbin. 5 stars. Blessing. 5 stars. Rene 2 stars. First two people were helpful when I needed to find something. If they didn't know, they got someone who did or figured it out. Last person said "it's along the back." The back where lady? The back wall has a lot of $hit can you be a little more specific

They adjusted my price because they did not have the item i needed in stock. so they adjusted the price of a similar item that cost more. they were very friendly. although it took me a while to find the exit. I would recommend this home depot if you enjoy walking around. because it was an adventure trying to find the exit.
