Beautiful marina, fantastic staff and management offering many amenities with a competitive rate. In my opinion, they do a good job of property monitoring and lease enforcement, better than some of the other marinas around the Clear Lake area--makes things cleaner, safer and more enjoyable for everyone.

Great place to sail out of, learn to sail, buy a boat, etc. would be 5 stars if the restrooms were updated. They are cleaned regularly, just like many other marinas they are dated. Love the pool area, and the restaurants are excellent
