I have been to the 7-11 twice in 2 weeks after work around 4:00 pm. Both times they have no coffee and slurpee machines are down I get being out of one or the other but both just shows the workers instore lack of care. This place used to be great now not so much.

Older tweaker looking lady wouldn’t sell me scratchers said they couldn’t after 9. No where in Texas law says they can’t after 9 probably just being lazy.

My favorite 7 Eleven to get drinks, use the bathroom, and get gas. Love the app where I can get discounts on fuel and items in the store. The slushee area can be messy along with the counter where the lids/straws are and floors, but sometimes accidents happen

Went in and waited in line for at least 5 minutes because of 2 drunk ladies at 6am Saturday morning who were causing issues for the cashier. Granted, this is not any of the employees fault, but there was also another employee there who could have helped others to check out. Then, when I got to the register, I asked to add money to my cashapp card. I was then told she had to get someone else to do it. No problem except that when the other lady walked up to the register and asked what I needed, I was then told that she couldn't provide this service for me because they were running behind and walked away. What they were running behind on, I don't quite know, but here's my issue... If you provide a service in your store then how can you think it's alright to simply tell someone no you won't do it for them because you are busy. You either offer the service or you don't. You don't just offer it when it's convenient for you. That's some terrible service right there. Not only terrible service to your customers, but terrible service to your employer, as well, when you officially lose a customer because it's clear that they are basically not that important to you. I won't be back, for sure, with so called "customer service" like that. There are definitely other places that are willing to help me. My issue now is that I'll be finding another store this morning and end up running late, regardless of leaving with plenty of time to spare this morning had I been helped here.

Really wanted to give zero stars. I was there about 10:30 and the blonde headed guy behind the counter cussed me and everything else claimed he was an FBI agent which is illegal and on top of it was trying to pick up my wife right in front of me. I hope 7-Eleven does somethin about this it is very improper work I will be contacting my attorney because of the way I was cursed and he told me I couldn't talk to my wife.

One of the women that works here is ALWAYS so rude when im checking out. she always has an attitude and mumbled “know your worth” to me when i was leaving today. i did absolutely nothing to warrant that and i honestly think it might be crack or something. super unprofessional.
