This is absolutely the most disgusting 7-11 I have ever been to.
Do yourself a favor, and go next door to the Shell.
7-11 should be ashamed, especially since the bathroom is not in working fashion, and is not stocked...

Y'all watch out some of the workers especially the manager.. She'll try to hustle you. Like yesterday on 5/25/24. I gave her 11 dollars for gas and she set it up for only 10. Make sure you get a receipt . I didn't want to go and argue with the lady. It's only a dollar, but the principle of it is. Just be honest with your customers. I get times are hard but there's no reason to steal. The owner of the store needs to be aware of this and take action.

Don’t display one price and charge another 🤧🤧 lady tried charging me for items I wasn’t purchasing either so I think someone needs a brush up on pricing or running a register or maybe get a new job not involving a register 🤷🏽🤝🏽

I pulled in just to get gas and didn't want to go in the store. So I paid at the pump. When I finished pumping gas, I hung up the nozzle and waited for the pump to ask if I wanted a receipt. It didn't even offer me one. So I had to go into the store to wait in line to get a receipt. NOTE: I didn't want to go inside.

You should really train the people in your store how to use that app. I went into the 7-Eleven asking why my price didn't change on the pump when it changed on my app and she's knows nothing about it. And how to help your customers. In my experience of customer service for 20 years that is poor customer service experience. People at your store should know how to help other people with your products and services.

I bought a slurpy today. The price was $2.05. I paid $2.00 cash, and took .05 cents from the (give a penny, or take a penny), on the counter. OMG, the lady at the register looked at me like she wanted to murder me. She reached around the register with both arms, and took away the penny program. Then, after ringing up the sale, walked away with an attitude, refusing to offer me my receipt of purchase. Horrible customer service. She has a serious attitude problem.

Just like always. Walk in, no one even looks up from their cell phones to acknowledge customers, latte machine down just like always. No food in the hot food case. Pathetic excuse for a \"convenience\" store.
