I highly don’t recommend renting from this location due to poor customer service, quality and filth. The delivery was not timely satisfactory and the drivers were rude and disrespectful. The prices were and are ridiculous. This location is garbage. ?

So they say my bed room set was delivered the dresser was broken the gentleman that told me this aid that they could order me when and I said that was fine while I was on the phone with them he said my order was placed and that it would take 1-2 weeks and I said ok that was fine we’ll I gave them the full 2 weeks before I called. When I called I was told that it wasn’t ordered that it had just came back in stock I spoke the the same person that I spoke to on the day of the delivery and I was told my order was place then come to find out two weeks later that it was never placed so I call again a week after it was placed and it’s still not going to be here’re for another week at this point I’m very upset because we are paying so much money and don’t even have what I paid for they did give me for the meantime a completely different dresser but that’s not the point I want the one I’m paying for I feel as if I should be compensated for this whole situation some how

Was looking for a cash fridge, found a floor model dented and scratched up.. still had it marked for like $1200?♂️ cost 500 new. Only gave better rating for the nice salesman.

Why I have to give it one star to write a review is beyond me. My name is Jason Skyles, have a current account and have paid over 1500 towards a fridge but denied for a laptop. I was treated rudely when I contacted the cleburne store and felt as though my business wasn't appreciated. I will take my business elsewhere and after fridge is paid off my dealings with Aaron's will cease to exist

Amazing how you can call and call to find out what the balance is on your account and never get a call back. Maybe I should take my credit card off file and see how soon they call back then....Destiny the "manager" has to be the most unprofessional person on the planet. Boy did she get an attitude when I asked for her boss' name and phone number.Oh and don't bother responding to this with some automatic response on how to send my concerns to some email address that I doubt is every read. This used to be a decent company to do business with. I'm not sure what happened but I promise this will be the last time.

I have Aaron’s club I pay the extra for the insurance every month on my washer that I bought from them paid off well because I’m paid off and don’t have a payment with them anymore they do not want to help with getting my washer fixed the manager is rude and hateful and if I could I would give this place zero stars because they are so unprofessional and rude

They jusy lost me forever. I have no stove 3 days before thanksgiving. I went to see if i can reny kne til my own is fixed and the said no short term. I have 2 houses full of Aarons stuff. No more though. Happy thanksgiving aarons.
