We went into the cleburne location to get my husband a new phone since his screen was messed up.
He asked for a dark grey phone and got a silver phone.. he immediately told them that it wasn’t the right color and the employee told him that it would cost 55$ for a restocking fee even though it was the employees mess up.
They also did not even set up the new iPhone for us. Told us to call some number to activate it and bring in the old iPhone within 30 days for the “credit.”

Marc was very very helpful to my husband and I. Explained everything to us. Answered all of our questions. Very nice and a respectful young man.

This store is NOT a corporate store and if you are trying to port over a line, even from another AT&T plan, they are no help at all!

My phone was broke, and I didn't even realize I had insurance on my phone until I went there and asked to add another line to my plan. He asked why, and I said my phone was broken and the manufacturer warranty was over. He said, "Let me look. Oh, by the way, you have insurance through att. That made my day.

We went into the cleburne ATT store to get new phones because my s22 ultra wasn't allowing me to call or be called. Marc had helped us before,but something was wrong with the phone. He was very personable and is a great asset to ATT.
ATT needs more people like Marc in their stores. He was THE most helpful out of everyone we encountered during the visits when my phone stopped working.
While we were there, a Samsung rep was also there. So friendly! He brought out t-shirts, hats, and cleaning spray and cloths from samsung to both of us. That was awesome!

So our previous experience here about 2 1/2 years ago or so were pretty poor. The girl that sold us our plan and phones basically lied to us and misled us for a sale.
However, our last visit there to upgrade was much better. We saw "under new management" on the sign and were hopeful. And we weren't disappointed.
I wish I remembered the guys name that helped us, but whoever he was he did a great job.

I had so many issues with ordering a new phone. My ordered would cancel almost as soon as I placed it. I spent several hours with customer service online with no help. Finally came into the store and Evan took care of us. Super easy. Evan was extremely helpful and I will only go into the store for orders going forward. Thank you for your help! Made my sons day!

The manager and employee should be fired. Trashed my phone and things on the phone I can't ever get back. And they never even said sorry.

Immediately had a representative come to me when I first walked into the store. I was very pleased with the professionalism, attitude and all around assisting me with any question I had. Pleasant experience.
